MCB Consulting Services Ltd is recruiting a Senior Business Consultant who will provide customers with business solutions in areas of strategic advisory services, process analysis and design, implementation, monitoring automation and resolution in view of creating value, maximising growth and improving organisation’s performance and risk management.
Detailed Description
- Build and maintain trusted relationship with customers to ensure that customer expectations are understood and met;
- Collect, analyse and interpret data and analytics to gain an in-depth visibility of the business context;
- Keep abreast of industry trends, risks, markets and competitors to gain insight into value-added solutions and build a competitive advantage;
- Serve as a subject matter expert to propose initiatives aligned to customer’s strategy, goals and objectives;
- Undertake Business Risk Workshops for the establishment or critical review of the organisation’s ERM;
- Undertake strategic workshops articulated around the establishment or the critical assessment of the Corporate, Segmentation or Digitalisation Strategy;
- Produce high-quality verbal and written consulting deliverables (including proposals, customer presentations, consulting reports, reporting, etc.).
Job Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
- Master's degree in Business related fields (Accounting, Business Management, Economics, Finance, Law, Statistics…)
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience
- Broad experience of various functional areas within the financial services/banking industry
Other requirements:
- The candidate should be able to work under tight deadlines on flexible hours and to travel abroad;
